all that scraps challenge

Good evening everyone, hope you have all had a lovely weekend, even though the weather has been very wet and miserable!! My youngest son Connor is 15 today, so we have had a busy day with family round. Happy Birthday Connor!!!

The card I am showing today is for the All that scraps challenge which is a sketch, I have used one of theie digital images which is 'violet with key'. I love these images, they are really lovely to colour.

Teddy Bo challenge - Pink

Good morning everyone, thought it was time I blogged again and entered a challenge. I've almost got nmy craft room round and organised to the way I want it, with everything at hand, I love it.

The card and box I', showing today is for the 3rd Teddy Bo challenge, which this time asks for 'Pink', I love doing pink on cards, and the pink and brown combo is one of my favourites. I also made a milk carton box to match to put a gift in. I used the 'three little piggies' digital stamps which are just so lovely.

Look what I've got!!

How lucky am I??? My very own craft room, I've been wanting this room for so long and I really appreciate it. Unfortunately it came with a price, my daughter leaving home to start her new life with partner and new baby, its a natural progression I know. My youngest Connor inherited her big room and his old room is now mine. I got the units on Thursday from Ikea, I wanted it done as Im going to have a hysterectomy at the beginning of March and obviously didn't wanna be shifting stuff around, apart from that I will need something to do..;-). Its so lovely having everything to hand, I don't even have to get off my chair, because its got wheels..lol;-)

Anyway just wanted to show you my new haven...back later with some cards to show you all.
